Aequs Limited, whose corporate operations include its Aequs SEZ at Hattargi Village in Hukkeri taluk, Belagavi, has appointed Reenah Simon Joseph as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 31, 2026.
The company's board approved the appointment at its meeting on August 29 following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. The appointment was disclosed to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
Joseph has around 19 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy. Her previous roles include Deputy Group CFO and Head of Corporate Finance, M&A and Investor Relations at PDS Limited, along with earlier experience at Future Group and Credit Suisse Securities.
The appointment is relevant to Belagavi's industrial and business ecosystem because Aequs operates its major manufacturing cluster in the Belagavi region, including its Hattargi SEZ facility.
